Gratuity
Gratuities are not included in the price of our services but are gratefully accepted. Typically gratuities range from 15%-20% of the service price.

Communicating with your therapist or esthetician
We specialize in custom treatments based on your individual needs. Please let your therapist/esthetician know of your particular needs before the treatment begins.
Age Restrictions
Guests under 12 can receive nail and waxing services and must be accompanied by an adult.
Guests 12 – 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult and sign a consent form. Undergarments are to be worn for bodywork.
Cell Phone Etiquette
To ensure a relaxing experience for all spa guests, please kindly turn off your ringer and refrain from having phone conversations while in the spa. Texting is fine.
